Vatnsholt is a lovely farm hotel with an excellent restaurant where anyone can enjoy a meal. The restaurant is situated in the old quarters of the house which once housed a hey -and cow barn but has been converted into a wonderful, high-ceiling open space restaurant and bar.
The chefs serve only high quality and fresh produce which is sourced within a 20-mile radius. The meals are cooked in a traditional manner, paired only with the finest ingredients and the focus of the menu is primarily of fish and meat courses. They do also, however, offer a variety of vegetarian options and are able to cater for any special dietary needs upon request.

Their acclaimed home raised beef is always a popular option and is very delicious. Their cattle is only fed fruit and vegetables which results in the mouth-watering taste of the meat. The beef is beautifully, yet traditionally served with trimmings.
